Job Title: Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Door-to-Door Pest Control Sales Representative (Entry Level) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by engaging with homeowners and businesses in targeted neighborhoods. Your goal will be to educate potential customers about the benefits of our pest control services and secure sales appointments and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Approach potential customers at their homes or designated areas to introduce pest control services.
• Build rapport and effectively communicate the benefits of pest control and our company’s offerings.
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and determining the right pest control services for them.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

• Provide detailed information on pest control services, including treatment options and pricing.
• Customize sales pitches based on customer concerns.
• Handle objections professionally and work to close sales by securing service contracts or appointments.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing great customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and notes in CRM database software.
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations, inspections, and service calls.

Achieving Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Track personal performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Report on sales metrics, feedback, and market trends to management.

Market Research:

• Identify potential new sales territories.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service offers and sales approaches.
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Previous door-to-door sales or field sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in pest control, home services, or a related field is a plus.
• If you do not have experience in these roles, we will teach you.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers, build relationships, and handle objections.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of pest control solutions is helpful but not required—training will be provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable walking door-to-door for extended periods of time.

This position has no base salary is and commission only. On average, a full-time dedicated Door-To-Door Pest Control Sales Representative can expect to make 50,000-70,000 in their first year! Commission structure can vary based on selected position.
