Key Responsibilities
- Represent healthcare clients (e.g., physicians, dentists, specialists) in commercial property leasing and acquisitions
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads and client relationships
- Conduct property tours, site selection, and negotiation with professionalism and client focus
- Develop a strong local presence through networking, outreach, and event participation
- Collaborate with a nationwide team of agents in a team-first culture
Training & Support
We provide a three-phase, industry-leading training program:
Phase 1 – Immersive Bootcamp
- One-week in-person training at our Colorado HQ
- Led by executives, directors, and top agents
- Covers deal lifecycle, tools, negotiation, and more
Phase 2 – Structured Onboarding
- 90-day "Kickoff Call" series with tactical coaching
- Access to training content, documents, and online courses
Phase 3 – Ongoing Development
- Bi-weekly advanced training calls
- Mentorship from Managing Brokers or Regional Directors
- Access to Agent Central — a library of on-demand content

Compensation & Commitment
- This is a 100% commission-only role
- Full-time commitment required — secondary jobs are not permitted
- Financial reserves for the first 6–9 months are strongly recommended
- Consistent earners: $180K annually
