Job Summary
The Product Analyst – Plant Maintenance collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of key product features, enhancements, and updates within a manufacturing and maintenance-focused environment. This role works closely with the Product Owner, developers, and QA to ensure effective backlog management, quality assurance, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business analysts, developers, and other internal teams to understand requirements and implement features related to plant maintenance products.
- Execute tactical improvements as defined in the product roadmap.
- Support the Product Owner in defining requirements, writing/refining user stories, and ensuring alignment between business and IT.
- Prioritize tasks in the product backlog to align with business goals and timelines.
- Conduct UAT and collaborate with QA to uphold product quality.
- Maintain an actionable and updated product backlog.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- Analyze product performance and suggest small, quick-win improvements.
- Assist in developing training materials and product documentation.
- Help pilot new technologies and gather iterative feedback.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and make small-scale adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to other projects and duties as assigned.
Required Skills (In Short)
- Knowledge of IT systems, software development, and project management
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Experience with user story writing and product backlog management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, especially CMMS/maintenance modules (preferred)
- Background in the CPG industry (preferred)
- Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master (a plus)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must pass background and drug test
- Bachelor’s degree required
