Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis & Release Management Specialist to support the deployment and maintenance of SAP solutions. This role ensures stability across testing and production environments, provides hands-on support during SIT and UAT, and addresses technical challenges to maintain high system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of SAP releases, ensuring a smooth transition across environments.
- Provide technical support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- Guide business users during testing and production phases, ensuring systems align with business requirements.
- Maintain and manage SAP Transport Management System (STMS) and CTS Projects in alignment with release schedules.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP Basis and Release Management
- Hands-on with STMS and CTS Projects
- Skilled in troubleshooting across SIT, UAT, and Production
- Ability to support both technical teams and business users
- Secret clearance (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills
