JOB PURPOSE
The Territory Manager will be responsible for the oversight, service, and growth for Right to Bear for a particular region (XXXXXXXXXX). In the state manager role, you will be expected to have great expertise with the organization’s products and services that you will present to clients. You will assess each client’s needs to implement more effective sales techniques specifically tailored to each group of clients. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to achieve or beat the established revenue targets set by the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use experience to train new instructors and sales associates for Right to Bear
• Grow facility relationships in states of XXXXXXXXXX.
• Sell Right to Bear memberships in your facility partners classes.
• Grow brand awareness for Right to Bear
• Provides reports on statistics to Regional Manager.
• Outlines efficient sales strategies.
• Responds to regional client needs with solutions from the company.
• Leads training sessions on company product offerings and sales techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous management experience
• Proven record of excellence in sales and training
• Specialized knowledge of self-defense products
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great collaborative and time-management skills
• Sales-oriented and analytical
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a remote position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical office environment, including heavy PC and phone usage. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Overtime may be required based on workload. Additional training may be required based on business needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Heavy PC and moderate phone usage. Sitting for long periods of time. Occasionally lifts from floor to waist up to 10 pounds, carries up to 10 pounds and walks or stands. At least two 15-minute breaks during the day.
PAY STRUCTURE
This state manager position will be compensated as follows:
1. Start as a 1099 contractor.
a. $120 per class plus bonus structure. See bonus structure below.
b. $3,200 stipend per month or $800 weekly.
c. $150 per Range paid with signed contract submission.
d. $150 per LTC Instructor paid with signed contract submission.
e. RTB will provide reimbursement for gas & for all work-related functions.
f. 4% quarterly bonus if said goal is surpassed in these states.
