Exciting Opportunity : Join Our Friendly Team as a Pest Control Sales Representative at HAVEN HUB!

At HAVEN HUB, we believe in making homes cozy and pest-free! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and driven individuals to join our Pest Control Sales team. In this role, you’ll get to meet a variety of wonderful people and help them solve their pest problems while building lasting relationships!

Your job will be all about connecting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing them with the right pest control solutions that fit perfectly with their lifestyle. Don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience—what matters most is your positive attitude and eagerness to learn!

What You'll Be Doing :

Engaging with potential customers to find out their pest control needs.
Sharing information about our fantastic pest control services and solutions.
Building relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and supported.
Working towards achieving your sales goals while having fun along the way!

Requirements

Your Skills and Qualities :

Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

A genuine passion for helping others with their pest challenges.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what we value most!

Motivated, self-driven, and excited to achieve goals.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $125000- $150000 per year (Uncapped Commission Bonuses).

Perks : Training, employee discounts, and a flexible schedule.

Bonuses : Performance bonuses, quarterly incentives, and unlimited earning potential.

Tools Provided : All necessary training and resources for success.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
