The Role: As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success. You'll manage the complete construction process, from initial planning and budgeting to overseeing the execution and final delivery. Your leadership will ensure projects meet our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The selected individual will work from our Austin, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate and supervise construction processes, maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and the project team.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and minimizing costs where possible.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and quality of work.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in retail and/or restaurant sectors.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
