This position is with J&J’s Engineering Solutions (“ENGS”), a Strategic Business Unit (“SBU”). ENGS’s core business is providing design-build services for the U.S. Government, primarily fulfilling needs for the Department of Defense (“DoD”), as a prime contractor, contracted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (“NAVFAC”) and other Government Agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Integration :
Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools, schedules).
Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in construction-related data.
Design and develop interactive and informative dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that guide decision-making.
Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data privacy and compliance.
Demonstrate intermediate experience in administering the back end of Primavera P6 scheduling and their EPPM platform.
Possess an advanced understanding of the database side of Procore, allowing for efficient data extraction and utilization.
Utilize JAMIS to build dashboards that integrate financial and project data for holistic insights.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
