Key Responsibilities :
Strategic and Operational Leadership :

Coach and mentor direct reports to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans, positioning the organization as an indispensable partner to clients.
Operational Excellence :

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, enhancing overall operational performance and client retention.
Business Development :
