We're looking for an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at JK Design. This role involves developing value-driven partnerships from the outset and during budgeting/planning sessions, as well as scheduling intentional client check-ins outside of project work to foster stronger relationships.
The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience leading both communications and marketing initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategy and process to launch complex and fast-moving projects. They will be able to maintain a deep understanding of clients' industries and competition, while positioning our agency as a thought leader and developing customer insights that drive growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable project plans. You'll be working closely with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and strategic objectives.
