Executive Vice President, Sales

JK Executive Strategies has partnered exclusively with a leading litigation support services company in its search for an Executive Vice President, Sales (EVP, Sales). This dynamic company provides an array of business-critical services including digital forensics, eDiscovery, managed review, staffing, cyber security, secure print and email, as well as managed office services.
The EVP, Sales is responsible for driving future sales success while delivering on current expectations. Primarily responsible for strategic sales and marketing leadership and revenue delivery for the company across all lines of business. The EVP, Sales’ goal is to create and execute sales plans and strategies that achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
Supervisory
- Oversees the ongoing sales and marketing operations of all divisions within the company.
- Hires and trains regional sales executives, managing partners, and the director of marketing.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of team members in accordance with company policy.
Strategy and Growth
- Create and execute the overall direction and strategy for the company’s sales team, aligning sales processes to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Determine and monitor Sales and Marketing KPIs.
- Adopt and optimize the CRM System.
- Develop and maintain sales training programs.
- Create and own contract/SOW database.
- Oversee and direct all marketing activities.
- Identify strategic business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in the delivery of proposals and presentations, where necessary, to close strategic deals.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, development, and counseling as needed to the sales team.
- Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership team by contributing to the development of long-term business plans.
- Establish compensation, training, and sales incentive programs.
- Oversee all business development and provide strategic direction to ensure sales growth.
- Establish strategies and plans to improve existing customer experiences.
- Provide input on how new services integrate into a business model.
- Manage the Sales Department’s budget.
- Enable and inspire leaders to the highest standards of execution, problem solving and sound decision making while setting a clear team vision.
- Exemplify the company’s commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership with diverse management success and achievements in growing business results.
- Preferred locations are Upstate NY or Cleveland, OH Metro. This person must reside in Eastern Time.
- Legal Services sales experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales strategy creation and execution to achieve business growth goals
- Strong working knowledge of CRM Systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess leadership, decision-making abilities and self-confidence.
- Has developed written business, strategic, and/or sales plans.
- Superior leadership, presentation, and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to different markets as needed.
Salary Range
- $175k-$225k Variable Compensation
