Job Title: Messenger
Location: Warren, MI
Job Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

The Messenger is responsible for interfacing with customers, organizing cargo & paperwork, handling any delivery issues with dispatch, and handling any customer payment issues with dispatch, notify customers prior to arrival, constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activities
Reports To: Field Team Dispatch/Routing Manager, Director of Operations as necessary.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, some Saturdays as necessary.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Interfacing with Customers
- Organizing cargo & paperwork
- Handling any delivery issues with dispatch
- Handling any customer payment issues with dispatch
- Notify customers prior to arrival
- Constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activities
Qualifications & Skills:
· 1 years METRC Experience
· 1-2 years of Cash-In-Transit Experience
· Superior Customer Service Skills
· Excellent Organizational Skills
· Excellent Communication Skills
Additional Requirements:
· Must be 21
· Must not be employed by any other cannabis company.
· Must not have been convicted of a felony in the last 5 years
· Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance in the last 5 years
