Daily Duties Include:
- Interfacing with Customers
- Organizing cargo & paperwork
- Handling any delivery issues with dispatch
- Handling any customer payment issues with dispatch
- Notify customers prior to arrival
- Constant communication with dispatch during daily delivery activities
Employee MUST Have:
- In-depth understanding of METRC system how METRC tags work within delivery process
- Scanning Experience
- Professional Customer Service Experience
- Experience within Cannabis Industry
- Strong communication Skills
- Experience in Conflict Resolution
- CPL
- Ability to work well with others
- Organization Skills
- Must be efficient with several forms of technology
