Apartment Maintenance Technician

Our company is looking for a dependable, self-driven full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position is for a maintenance technician for two multi-family properties in McMinnville Oregon.

All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Completing occupied unit work orders within 72 hours.
- Completing property work orders within 14 days.
- Preventative maintenance of properties & systems.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Diagnose and perform routine maintenance involving electrical, plumbing/leaks, appliances, doors/locks, cabinets, windows, and lighting.
- Completing turnover maintenance for move-outs.
- Maintaining inventory levels.
- Helping with property extra projects.
- Monitoring and responding promptly to all communications.

Experience

2-3 years of Apartment Maintenance experience is mandatory.

There is a mandatory criminal background check
High School Diploma or GED is required
