Job Title: RNC New Construction Job Coordinator
Position Summary:
The RNC New Construction Job Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of new construction projects by creating an outstanding experience for both customers and colleagues through effective organization and communication. This position involves coordinating the order and scheduling of equipment, materials, and manpower, acting as the right-hand support to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive job folders to ensure project organization and efficiency.
- Initiate and manage job setups in SAMPRO to streamline project processes.
- Collaborate with Estimators and Project Management to review and verify approved equipment for sold jobs.
- Participate in scheduled New Construction team meetings to stay aligned on project progress and needs.
- Place vendor orders for equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery for installation.
- Oversee and update the Field Personnel's Personal Time Off schedule to maintain workforce availability.
- Collect, scan, and archive unit startup forms, red-line drawings, and other documentation from field personnel, storing them in job folders.
- Register equipment and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests, Time and Material Billing (T&M), and Change Orders (COs).
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support project success.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles within the building industry, demonstrating a proven track record of effective project coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in using a variety of computer programs, including spreadsheets, word processors, accounting software, and websites.
- Competence in utilizing communication devices and software, such as cell phones, email, text messaging, VOIP systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Commitment to adhering to proper safety techniques and guidelines.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining robust relationships with both customers and coworkers.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, ensuring project details are meticulously managed.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Consistent and outstanding attendance and punctuality.
Work Environment:
- The work environment can at times be fast-paced and intense. The noise level is usually moderate but will vary occasionally. The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with clients, vendors, co-workers, and others is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
