As a Property Administrator for Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of all facilities, including regular inspections and scheduling repairs as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of facility usage, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for communicating with employees and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
