Seeking experienced lawn maintenance crew leaders for the 2025 season.
Responsibilities & Duties
Utilize mowers, trimmers, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
Crew Leader- Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport.
Crew Leader- Lead, oversee and train crew members
Top of the line equipment (mowers, trucks)
Fast paced environment with many opportunities for advancement
Basic Requirements & Qualifications
1) A VALID and INSURABLE drivers license and record.
2) Able to lift upwards of 50lbs and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
3) Familiarity with common lawn equipment
4) Reliable and self motivated
5) 2-3 years experience required for crew leader positions

MONDAY-THURSDAY SCHEDULE. 7AM-5PM. OVERTIME AVAILABLE FRIDAYS (OPTIONAL).
2 years REQUIRED industry experience
Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders-$23/hr
$500 bonus after 120 days.
