Job Description :
We are seeking a reliable and responsible On-Call Part-Time Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles as needed, providing timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and the ability to respond to on-call requests with short notice.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and areas of operation.
- Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch or clients to confirm pick-up / drop-off times and locations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of items when required.
- Ensure a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle at all times.
- Be available to respond to on-call requests during scheduled hours.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and hours worked.
