Job Overview
We are seeking a Concrete Finisher/Laborer/Carpenter to join our team. No experience is necessary and we will train the right person. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively on commercial projects. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
- Finish surfaces using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes.
- Install concrete forms and ensure they are properly aligned and secured.
- Apply caulking and sealants as needed to protect finished surfaces.
- Operate equipment such as concrete pumps and mixers safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the concrete pouring and finishing processes.
Requirements
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
