Job Overview

Duties
- Manage daily operations on the construction site with input from your leadership team, read and follow plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to schematics and project specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety practices and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman/Lead or in a similar role within the concrete construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
