As a Sales Management Assistant, your primary role involves enabling our Sales Leaders to use their time for the highest impact actions possible, while knowing that their calendars are organized and efficient, that they are meeting and exceeding targets and accomplishing assigned tasks, and that their assigned Sales Rep Team's are happy and healthy.

- Organize and maintain the calendars of various Sales Leaders, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for our Sales Teams.
- Managing emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the Sales Leadership.
- Acting as a liaison between Executives and Sales Leaders
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Assisting in managing projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables for Sales Leadership Team.
- Research and compile reports to support decision-making
- Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and financial documentation.
