Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, including 3 years in a lead capacity
• Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (Additional experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis)

Desirable Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a Lead Architect designing and developing IT infrastructure solutions
• 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation
• 7 years as a Senior Systems Engineer, managing web application environments
• 8 years providing direct support for web systems environments, including web application installations, upgrades, and deployments
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure/M365 infrastructure and products
• 3 years administering and managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• 8 years in configuring and securing servers, group policies, and service accounts in strict security environments
• 8 years of experience in Active Directory administration
• Proven expertise in modern IT infrastructure technologies:
  Wintel, VMware, Networking, Storage, Data Security, Databases Data Center Facilities Management & Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Strong experience in:
  Establishing performance baselines and optimizing servers, sites, and applications
  Evaluating and mitigating the impact of infrastructure changes on performance/security
  Troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and access in hybrid Entra ID/Active Directory environments
  Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, network troubleshooting, and VMware NSX virtual switch fabric Deploying and managing Azure cloud services Writing technical documentation & system architecture diagrams Developing disaster recovery & operational recovery plans

Job Responsibilities:

As an Azure Cloud Architect, you will:
Design and lead the implementation of cloud-based solutions on Azure Provide strategic IT infrastructure planning, aligning solutions with business objectives
Define security policies, configurations, and compliance standards Manage Azure AD (Entra ID) and Active Directory in a hybrid environment
Optimize server performance, web applications, and cloud environments Develop technical documentation, system diagrams, and recovery plans Troubleshoot authentication, networking, and access control issues Collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless infrastructure operations
