Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer/Developer with extensive experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing system performance, automating deployments, and ensuring high availability and scalability in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless production deployments.
• Develop and implement GIT branching strategies, branch protection rules, and network policies.
• Scale applications dynamically on AWS to optimize performance and cost.
• Administer and manage Kafka, including planning and implementing migrations.
• Automate monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution to prevent downtime.
• Solve performance and scalability issues within the system.
• Work with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and performance.
• Ensure security best practices in DevOps and SRE operations.
• Adapt to evolving technologies and drive improvements in infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• DevOps & SRE: CI/CD, Gatekeeping production deployments, network policies.
• Cloud & Containers: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Kafka: Administration, migrations, and basics of Kafka.
• Big Data Technologies: Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Programming/Scripting: Python or Spark.
• Databases: Vertica, Snowflake.
