We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Consultant to support our client in Raleigh, NC. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Access Management (OAM), and enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on implementation experience, and a proven track record in identity and access management (IAM) projects. This is a 100% onsite role remote/hybrid work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) solutions.
- Design and develop identity governance workflows, connectors, and provisioning solutions.
- Manage user identity lifecycle, access control, and authentication policies across enterprise applications.
- Integrate OIM/OAM with enterprise systems, LDAP/Active Directory, and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, API integrations, and automation scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management issues in a production environment.
- Ensure compliance with IAM best practices, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IAM solutions for scalability and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
- Strong experience in IAM implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in User Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Hands-on experience with LDAP, Active Directory, WebLogic, and SAML/OAuth-based authentication.
- Strong development skills in Java, PL/SQL, WebLogic Scripting, and Shell/Python scripting.
- Experience integrating OIM with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud).
- Deep understanding of identity governance frameworks, compliance standards, and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Identity Services.
- Oracle IAM Certifications (e.g., Oracle Identity Governance Suite Certified Expert).
- Experience working on government or highly regulated enterprise IAM projects.
