We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Tester with a strong engineering background to join our team in Columbus, OH on a The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies and will play a critical role in planning, developing, and executing performance test strategies for enterprise-level applications.

Mandatory Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Blazemeter.

• Collaborate with architects and developers to analyze performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations.

• Engineer end-to-end performance testing frameworks and solutions for web and enterprise applications.

• Monitor system performance metrics and use data to guide tuning efforts.

• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation including performance test plans, scripts, and reports.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and DevOps to ensure performance goals are met.

• Participate in engineering discussions to ensure performance considerations are included early in the development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Cypress,LoadRunner, JMeter, and Blazemeter.

• Solid background in performance engineering, not just test execution.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of performance issues.

• Experience in scripting, debugging, and analyzing performance test results.

• Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Must have worked with Tier-1 companies and have a proven record of performance optimization and testing in high-traffic environments.
