Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to optimize financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules to align with business processes.
Support end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth integration of financial data and processes.
Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct user training and create documentation for business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, HR, etc.) for seamless process integration.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary system reports and configurations.
Stay updated with SAP FICO trends and best practices to improve system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum [X] years of experience working with SAP FICO.
Strong expertise in SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
Experience in SAP implementation projects (full lifecycle preferred).
Knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in SAP reporting tools (SAP Query, Report Painter, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP FICO certification is a plus.
