Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines and systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate data requirements into technical solutions

• Write optimized and efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various systems and processes

• Participate in the design and implementation of data architectures and data warehousing solutions

• Work closely with data analysts, scientists, and other engineers to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles

• 4 years of hands-on Python development experience

• Expert-level SQL skills with a strong background in query performance optimization and database management

• 4 years of experience with ETL development, tools, and best practices

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure

• Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
