We are seeking a motivated and experienced Total Rewards HR Generalist for one of our top clients in Byhalia, Mississippi. This role is key to supporting the development and execution of compensation, benefits, wellness, and leave administration programs that enhance employee engagement and contribute to long-term organizational success.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with relocation assistance provided.
- Support and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
- Assist with open enrollment and wellness program implementation.
- Design and support employee recognition and rewards initiatives.
- Monitor and assess total rewards effectiveness through data and feedback.
- Communicate benefits, compensation, and recognition programs clearly to employees.
- Manage leave administration (FMLA, disability, personal leave, etc.).
- Serve as the main contact for all leave-related inquiries.
- Coordinate internal HR meetings, trainings, and documentation.
- Support additional HR duties such as immigration and relocation when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
