We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, particularly in major kitchen appliances. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various equipment, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer expectations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact directly with clients during the installation process.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install major kitchen appliances and related equipment according to schematics and specifications.
- Perform field service tasks including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of major kitchen appliances.
- Operate a pickup truck for the delivery of equipment to customers and job sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar field service role is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment as required during installations.
