Client Solutions Coordinator

Key Functions:
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.

- Coordinating the entire life cycle of insurance policies, from application to renewal.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless policy execution.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working in a similar role within an independent agency
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and AMS360
- Active Property & Casualty License
