- Craft new Personal Lines policies for existing clients by evaluating coverages, creating proposals, issuing binders, processing policy issuance, and managing premiums.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through open communication about policy details, coverage options, and renewal strategies.
- Discover opportunities for selling additional insurance products to expand agency revenue and foster growth.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to recommend adjustments to clients, thereby ensuring optimal coverage and business retention.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience is desired.
- Experience with AMS360 or similar management systems is mandatory.
