COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER
OVERVIEW :
Well respected and established regional broker is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service a book of accounts. The ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience in commercial lines within an independent agency setting, and have a strong understanding of commercial lines products and coverages. Responsible for servicing accounts from start to finish.
Position Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Overseeing the life cycle of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, explaining policy terms, and resolving issues or concerns.
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that fit clients’ needs, thus contributing to revenue growth.
- Working with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure a smooth process for clients.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and company standards.
