Personal Lines Account Manager
This position is responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with internal and external customers, servicing existing accounts, cross-selling and account rounding, and managing communications with clients and carriers in accordance with agency policies.
Position Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversight of the life cycle of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, explaining policy terms, and resolving issues or concerns.
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that align with clients' needs, thus contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaboration with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure a seamless process for clients.
- E nsuring all policies and procedures comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Relevant Experience We'd Like to Hear About:
- Professional experience within an independent agency.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems such as AMS360.
- Active Property & Casualty License.
