Position Summary :
The Assistant Site Manager supports the Property Manager in the day to day operations of the properties by addressing resident’s needs, maintaining the office and as back up to the Property
Manager in his/her absence.

Essential Job Functions:
- Assist applicants/residents with various needs
- Create and maintain files including completing move in files
- Copy, answer the phone, fax, e-mail
- Enter invoices, rent payments, bank deposits using software for the specific task
- Complete work orders, post notices
- Assist with monthly inspections and move in/move out inspections
- Drive between properties
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities (if applicable):
This position provides back up support to the property manager and occasionally provides direction to the maintenance staff.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications:
Basic education and experience necessary - High school diploma or general education degree
(GED ); or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as basic algebra and geometry.

Work Environment:
Typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and continuous sensitivity of co-workers in close proximity is required.
