Hours are 4am - 12 : 30pm EST - flexible with OT daily and Saturdays
Roles & Responsibilities
A self-driven, meticulous individual is wanted by Indicon to be part of the Testing Team. This is a dedicated, cross-functional team that encourages excellence and teamwork. It is Tester's responsibility to ensure that we, as a supplier, fulfill and surpass customers' expectations by meeting and exceeding their needs in thus guaranteeing that our customers receive high quality products. Electrical systems are evaluated by testers to detect faulty electrical wiring and ensure compliance with electrical standards. This job Is categorized as Level 1 electrical hazards. Proper PPE which includes Uniform is required for testing.
This is a Tester Level 1 position with room to grow.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Following SOP’s to functionally test Manual and automated AC chamber boxes
- Adhering to safety standards (OSHA, NFPA-70E)
- Use of Multimeters and measurement tools
- Troubleshooting using schematics to component level
- Logging of data into spreadsheets and forms which include system information
- Communicating with other team members to solve problems
- With Job training, Thermography Level 1 will be needed. Testers will capture, analyze, and create thermal reports which will be submitted to the customer.
