Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Your tasks will include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and managing inventory levels. You will ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections. You will also collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse processes and efficiency. Your leadership skills will be essential in training and motivating the team to achieve high performance levels. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with experience in warehouse operations and supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. You should have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically. Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products are highly desirable. Experience in supervising and leading teams is preferred. The ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure is required. Pay: $22.00 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
