The right person will complement our team - they will be working key projects and help develop client brand solutions that involve simple and complex brands and websites that will also support digital marketing services and variations of print. They work and communicate with all team members and clients regarding design services.

Summary :

As a Graphic Designer at JLB, a leading web design and digital marketing agency based in Franklin, TN, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual content that elevates our clients’ brands. Your responsibilities will include designing logos, websites, marketing collateral, and other visual materials that align with clients’ vision and messaging. With over 2,000 brands created and a full in-house staff of experts, JLB emphasizes impactful designs that establish the right identity for our clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in graphic design software, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of design principles. Experience in web design and familiarity with current digital marketing trends are essential. Collaboration is key at JLB; you’ll work closely with our in-house team of web developers, marketing professionals, and project managers to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions. Our approach ensures that all services work together seamlessly, providing clients with comprehensive solutions and results that matter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Direct communication with team and clients, discussing and identifying needs for an effective brand design that is tailored to their brand identity.

Research client markets to understand and develop branding directed toward their desired demographics.

Identify and create dynamic and effective design elements to boost a business’s reach and success.

Design a complete brand portfolio for a client, including web design, print collateral, email marketing, advertisements, and detailed brand identity guide.

Communicate with outsource partners to complete print and development processes.

Work with developers to satisfy additional graphic needs and ensure that the final product is consistent with the structure, quality, and aesthetic of the original approved design.

Mandatory Skill Set :

Proficiency with Photoshop CS

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator

Intermediate experience with InDesign

Understanding of web design, information architecture, and user experience infrastructure

Relevant Experience Requirement :

2 years or formal education in graphic / web / branding design

Must be able to take direction from others

Must be able to advise others

Must be able to work on a multitude of projects at once
