What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Manager position at JLE PROPERTIES?
Looking for an Area Manager to oversee apartment complex's in the Milwaukee area. 2 locations are near Downtown and one location is in Mequon. Duties include Appfolio interface with Rent, Charges, and basic accounting. Oversee Leasing activity and Maintenance staff in the area. Must be proficient in excel, and able to learn Appfolio Tenant interface, Property oversight, and Ownership interface on a weekly basis.
