Summary : Specifications Writers are the technical backbone of project delivery. They work quickly and efficiently to support the design with pinpoint accurate data. Assisting the Project Designer, Project Architect and Project Manager, and specifications team through ongoing project review, Specifications Writers assure top tier project outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Accountable for generation of specification contract documents including initial coordination of Spec Quest with project teams.
- Execute milestones and timelines with minimal oversight and direction.
- Provide effective verbal, graphic and written communication laterally and vertically with project teams.
- Propose solutions to problems that maintain the design intent, are code compliant, and demonstrate a full understanding of best construction practices.
- Review and respond to RFIs and assist in producing necessary documentation in the Construction Administration phase.
- Specification Writers conduct themselves with utmost integrity and set an example of JLGer behavior. They complete work in a timely fashion at the highest standards of quality.
