Responsible for leading and engaging with clients and teams through all phases of the project delivery service. Meet project goals by creatively solving problems on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping focus on the big picture, increasing team capabilities, and growing client relationships.
Reports to : Med Practice Studio Leader
Responsibilities
- Expand client base through pursuit targets set in collaboration with Practice Studio Leaders.
- Act as an ambassador for JLG in the community and elevate JLG as the firm of choice for client pursuits.
- Keep the big picture in mind. Ensure client goals for projects are accomplished and expectations are exceeded throughout the project.
- Mentor staff and provide guidance throughout the process as necessary.
- Throughout the project ensure that the JLG process is followed for the betterment of the project and that each phase is properly closed out.
- While the PA / PM is the main client contact, remain connected with client as the sponsor.
- Maintain JLG as firm of choice, exceed expectations, and secure a recommendation for JLG.
- All other duties as assigned.
