Pay Range
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions. YOUR IMPACT

- Conduct research necessary to be an advocate for new technologies/products that will enable the business.
- Be a key influencer in technical decisions regarding new technology and act as a technical advisor to Engineering leaders.
- Collaborate in establishment of the technical base line and technical engineering vision and help lead the transformation of the organization into modern approaches to development, integration, and test.
- Interface with customers/suppliers to resolve complex technical issues to provide the business with innovative, industry leading solution.
- Provide technical mentorship to all levels of the engineering organization.
- Supplies technical inspiration and leadership consultation to other engineers.
- Create and maintain project documentation for analysis, research, and historical records.
- Perform complex engineering analysis to support the selection of parts, components, and materials that meet requirements.
- Provide technical support for prototype, pilot, and production support.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, or related field.
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.
