JOB SUMMARY:

Perform a variety of duties related to global Accounts Receivable Management, including maximizing receivable Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)/Turnover and managing the level of bad debt losses by implementing effective procedures to collect past due accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a strong working relationship with customers, both internal and external.
• Contact customers to confirm receipt of invoices, obtain payment of outstanding accounts receivable, and remedy delinquency or non-payments.
• Discusses unique situations with the appropriate credit personnel in order to determine optimal decision for the division related to special trade accounts receivable matters.
• Managing monthly accounts receivable less than $10 million with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Facilitate credit card transactions for the business units.
• Manage whole goods titling process.(if needed)
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 2-plus years of related experience
• Strong Excel skills (knowledge of sorting, SUM, Vlookup's)

PREFERRED:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using a PC-computer and related software
• Working knowledge of AS400 based platforms

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
