What the job involves:

We are currently seeking a Data & Analytics Junior Analyst intern to join our Technology & Performance team. As an intern at JLL, assist with process improvement initiatives, workflow strategies, and accessing/exposing meaningful data sources.

As an Intern in Data & Analytics at JLL, you will:

• Work to improve the account’s operational data quality.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives - identifying current business processes that can be optimized for better efficiency and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to performance management strategies- develop and execute strategies to improve overall business performance.
• Engage in data story-telling- interpret and present data in a way that is understandable and meaningful to business stakeholders.
• Assist in workplace strategy planning- contribute to creating workplace strategies that aim at improving productivity and employee experience.
• Conducting data analytics-data collection, cleansing, interpretation, and producing actionable insights.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Education, Skills, And Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Applied Math, or other related fields
• Interest in data analytics, finance, business intelligence, and project management
• The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic coding proficiency
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Ability to think and work independently
• Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
• Desire to learn more about our industry
