We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment including wrappers, strappers, dock doors and levelers and warehouse racking systems.
- Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of machinery and equipment.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks.
- Properly use our CMMS system to track work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Perform assigned property inspections and preventive maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate or relevant apprenticeship preferred 3 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions
