Sales:
- Collaborate with Leasing Advisory professionals to pursue and secure new lease administration business opportunities, offering tailored solutions that align with client needs.
- Enhance sales initiatives by crafting competitive pricing strategies, developing persuasive proposal materials, and showcasing our process and technology capabilities through impactful demonstrations.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client relationships, such as increasing portfolios under management, broadening the range of services offered, and extending contract durations. Coordinate with account leadership to ensure contracts remain up-to-date and that effective renewal strategies are implemented.
- Oversee special projects aimed at strengthening client engagement and driving new business efforts, ensuring successful outcomes and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Play a pivotal role in both short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy development as a member of the Global Lease Administration Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead the development and implementation of special projects, new initiatives, and innovations across the service line, aligning with strategic goals to enhance service delivery and optimize operations.
- Document and disseminate best practices while actively participating in efforts to strengthen internal controls and elevate data and service quality.
- Facilitate seamless transitions for new clients by closely collaborating with the Lease Administration Transition and Account Delivery Teams to ensure smooth integration into the ongoing business framework.
- Partner with Account Delivery teams to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, promoting teamwork and supporting delivery teams in meeting or exceeding all performance indicators for both internal and client standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement effective training programs that build and sustain the capabilities of the Lease Administration organization, including initiatives for succession planning and career development for all team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client representatives within the region to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Actively engage in Work Dynamics programs and initiatives by representing Lease Administration and contributing to their success, including working with other service lines to support the delivery of an integrated platform.
- Manage any potential financial exposures resulting from service delivery issues and collaborate with legal, finance and account delivery teams to ensure appropriate treatment, tracking and closure.
- Represent Global Lease Administration in Global Operations and strategic planning sessions, collaborate with other regions to leverage global platform.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 15 or more years of industry experience in the corporate real estate environment; with at least 10 years of experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate Accounting, Transactions or Property Management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in fostering communication and collaboration across various levels within JLL and with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, essential for navigating complex challenges.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, and tenacity, with the flexibility to operate independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Capable of supporting multiple account teams and projects concurrently, ensuring seamless execution.
- Proven ability to take a holistic approach and develop long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Skilled in working within and adapting to multiple cultural contexts.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of proactively identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions and contingency plans.
