Program Delivery Manager, Expressions

Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, Expressions and in service of the Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) client, this role serves as a regional leader in delivery and operations of the Expressions program. Expressions promotes an innovative mindset at Amazon, producing dynamic art experiences that exercise individual creativity, encourage invention and strengthen teams through imaginative collaboration.

The Program Delivery Manager (PDM) will lead Expressions Lab strategy and operations, overseeing the workflow of a team of corporate arts educators delivering programming to employees. The PDM will ensure that program delivery is engaging and responsive to the needs of client and customer, and will own data and metrics to support clear, timely reporting.

What this job involves

• Collaborate with Sr. Program Delivery Manager and Expressions team members in imagining and implementing opportunities to elevate and expand the program
• Oversee regional operations of the Expressions Labs in Seattle and Bellevue, including educational program strategy, staff scheduling, and vendor relationships
• Serve as the primary owner of Expressions’ facilities, overseeing day-to-day needs and owning special projects as they arise
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including client contacts within GREF and JLL Integrated Facilities Management FM/Program partners
• Manage internal communications channels for the program, including graphic design workflows, program promotion, and newsletter development
• Lead regional operational needs, including budget, financial management, and key program data
• Oversee delivery of additional programming that occurs outside of dedicated Expressions spaces
• Support vendor relationships and initiate necessary documentation needed per client guidelines, i.e. MSAs, WOs, Contracts
• Utilize shared file systems and document storage in accordance with JLL and GREF direction
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to preserve standardized methodology and support scaling
  
  

To apply you need to be / have:

• Five (5) or more years of program management experience (preferably in art education, community engagement, and/or hospitality)
• Five (5) or more years of physical classroom, lab, studio or facility experience
• Business acumen with understanding of corporate infrastructure and systems management. Previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environment preferred
• Communications strategy and budget management experience required
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Proactive and hands on – happy to support other Team members
• Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
• IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude
• Ability to show initiative
