Project Associate
Develop facility information ranging from dimensionally accurate architectural as-built floor plans to integrated space utilization analysis to Life Safety inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform on-site field measurements, documentation, and inventories
Develop and update CAD information based on field notes
Populate inventories based on field notes
Travel is required (up to 50% of each month)
Expense reports
Booking travel
Timesheets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Plotting & Scanning
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Time management - complete projects in provided timeline
Ability to decipher LS engineering files with assistance
Working knowledge of existing ATG standards
