The Construction Project Coordinator will support a regional project management team and is responsible for providing daily administration related to ongoing and proposed Design and Construction projects for a Financial Services Client.
As a Construction Project Coordinator at JLL, you will:
Facilitate effective communication between team members, project stakeholders and vendors, ensuring all parties are informed of project updates and changes.
Maintain project documentation, including requirements, reports, and progress updates, ensuring all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
Ensure adherence to vendor agreements as it relates to contracts, affidavits & lien waivers
Review and process project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within the Project Management financial system and confirm accuracy against the budget and/or contract
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in, Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (PREFERRED)
5 years practical experience in construction or accounting (REQUIRED)
Strong verbal & written communication skills & a meticulous attention to detail (REQUIRED)
Well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results
Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet assigned deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with PMWeb is a plus.
Interest in the commercial real estate industry, property management, and gaining broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
