Incorporate best practices and industry standards into move processes.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to moves.
Collaborate with internal teams, including occupancy planning, project management, and construction, to facilitate successful moves.
Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and management for move-related services.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues or concerns.
What your Day-to-Day will look like:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, architecture, or communications..
3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate real estate industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of move management best practices and industry standards.
Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification (PMP) or Change Management certification (Prosci CCP or LaMarsh CMCP)
Experience with move management software or facilities management systems.
Understanding of construction processes and the commercial real estate industry.
