Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of retail projects
- Oversee the team’s project pipeline and ensure proper risk mitigation and guidance for successful delivery
- Continuously improve the retail platform by identifying enhancements, evaluating new technologies, and implementing best practices
- Provide training and support to your team of project managers
- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and retail project management best practices
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and IT teams, to gather requirements to meet client goals and needs
- Travel is required
Education And Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related field preferred
- (7 ) years of relevant experience related to project or construction management
- Retail construction project management experience preferred
- Experience managing a team preferred
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required as well as understanding of the project phases from Initiation through project Closeout
- Proficient in software development methodologies and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
